Shipping Policy

All orders for in-stock merchandise will leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days of order placement.  Custom items will ship 4-6 weeks from the date of the order.  Unless otherwise specified, we will use either Federal Express or UPS Ground service for shipments within the United States, not including Alaska or Hawaii. (Please refer to the rate chart below.)

Your email address will be used both to contact you about any problems that may arise in the processing of you order, as well as serving as a contact point for our shipper to send you an email notification that the order has shipped and to supply you with a tracking number.  If you have questions about the location of your order, please check the email address you provided first to see if you have already received this information.

Orders that have been requested to be shipped Standard 3-Day; 2-Day or Overnight will be sent out the next business day after additional shipping costs are approved by you the customer.

Please make sure you have all the items you require before placing the order. If you do need to make a second order for a forgotten item, there will be a separate shipping charge.

Over-sized or heavy items will incur additional shipping charges.  Consult product pages for details.  Shipping on over-sized items will require a quote.

For addresses outside the United States, shipping procedures will vary.
CALL 1-888-660-6634 FOR PRICES. International orders require higher shipping costs, which will be determined just prior to shipping. An additional charge with the balance of the total shipping not already charged with the initial order will be made when the order is shipped. You, as the customer, will be responsible for any duties, tariffs, or import taxes.

Occasionally we may not have your entire order in stock. We will be happy to ship out the bulk of your order immediately and back order the missing items. When the remainder of your order becomes available, we will at that time send it to you with no additional shipping charges. However, this does not apply to custom orders or to new items not yet available from the manufacturer. Your order will be charged at once, in full, for all items you order regardless of their in stock/back order status.

Please check through your order and report any shortages, damages or errors within 48 hours. Try on any clothing or equipment indoors and make sure they fit properly BEFORE you use them.
