For a full refund or exchange, the item you are returning must be in its original condition and packaging. Any items that have been worn outdoors or show signs of wear (i.e. dirt, scratches, and stains) are not considered in its original condition and may not be returned. No returns will be accepted on customized gear, custom team gear or other custom clothing items. If a defective item which carries a manufacturer's warranty needs to be returned, you must send us the dated sales receipt along with the defective item.

Please fill out the return form you received with your order. Send the completed form and a copy of your dated receipt along with the item to Select Line Sports within 30 days of purchase. Send your return to us via UPS, Federal Express, and insured U.S. mail or by any other traceable source. We are not responsible for any packages you return that are "lost in the mail". All refunds will be for the price of the merchandise only. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If it was through our error that you received the wrong item, we will gladly pay all shipping charges incurred in returning the item to us and shipping out the correct item to you. If you change your mind and need to exchange an item for color, style or size, the following procedure will be followed. You will pay the shipping cost to return the item to us, but we will send you the replacement item with no further shipping charges. This procedure will also be followed when a defective item still under warranty is returned.

Exchanges will take 7-10 business days, possibly longer during times of highest volume. If you need an item sooner, please call 1-888-660-6634 for options.

Defective items that carry a manufacturer's warranty can be returned to Select Line Sports for replacement. The original sales receipt must accompany the defective item upon return. For specific warranty details, consult the manufacturer's website.

Flat group discounts available through phone orders or using the form from your representative with promotional code are not available on the website, in which case said code must be used to take advantage of the discount.
